Feeding units
For automatic manufacturing the fasteners are processed in the sorting and feeding unit, positioned correctly and fed into the piece head.
One unit consists of the following:
An integrated electronic control unit based on a modern SPS ensures the controlled insertion of the fastener into the sheet metal part and provides a guaranteed interface communication with the press control. Due to their modular construction the sorting and feeding units can be adapted to specific individual requirements. |
